“Calling all superheroes!”

We want all our young patients and their families to have a positive experience and are looking for some very special staff to join our team. Superpowers include ability to prioritise, resilience, communication, working as part of a team and independently, time management skills, a willingness to develop and also the ability to maintain high professional standards with an element of fun.

We can offer a preceptorship package for newly qualified staff, induction training, ward based educator and potential for rotation through different clinical areas. The trust also offers a package of health and well -being support to all staff.

We are a forward thinking team and have a number of exciting developments planned, we value the voice of staff as well as patients and there will be opportunities for involvement in shaping the future of the clinic. Our clinic team is multi-disciplinary including consultants, specialist nurses, physios, pharmacist, play specialists.

Working with others we have close links with the Children’s ward and dedicated outreach team which manages care for children with enuresis, epilepsy, cystic fibrosis, diabetes, complex needs and acute care.

Our priority is patient safety and experience and we believe this is achieved by creating a positive experience for staff in the workplace.
