Cancer Service Improvement Facilitator

An exciting full-time opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to join our corporate cancer team. We are in the process of redesigning and implementing new pathways across all of our cancer pathways and we need an enthusiastic, innovative individual to support their delivery for patients within the service.

We are looking for an innovative individual who will work as a member of the cancer team across Lancashire Teaching Hospitals (LTH) NHS Foundation Trust. LTH is the cancer Centre for Lancashire and South Cumbria and provides radiotherapy and chemotherapy services.

You will need to be organized and able to work both on your own initiative and as a core member of the corporate cancer team. You will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as organizational skills and be aware of and have experience with national cancer waiting time targets. You will be required to work on various improvement projects to support improved patient care for patients with cancer. You will also be required to support cancer survivorship pathways
