The Trust established a Transformation & Business Delivery team in 2015 to support the continuing business changes and efficiency projects within the organisation. The department is currently recruiting into the role of Programme Coordinator and is seeking a motivated individual to develop their career in a Foundation Trust with a reputation for excellence, innovation and development.

The post holder’s prime responsibility is to ensure that together with the relevant Business Transformation Manager, assigned projects produce the required deliverables within the defined quality, time and cost constraints and to facilitate the full realisation of benefits, both qualitative and financial.

The post holder will support the Deputy Head of Transformation and Business Transformation Managers to ensure that projects are planned and managed effectively and to take the lead in ensuring their successful delivery through adherence to appropriate governance processes.

They will provide project management support and will work closely with the wider operational and finance teams to report on the delivery of the ambitious programme of work as part of the organisations wider Transformation Programme. This will involve supporting the efficiency proposal and business case development and be actively involved in all planning activities related to the programme, risk and issues management, monitoring and co-ordination of tasks, negotiation and conflict management.
