Deputy Divisional Nursing Director

Surgery Division

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced nurse to join our  surgical division as deputy Divisional Nurse Director.

The post will be a senior leadership position requiring exceptionally high standards of  personal performance in highly pressured environments. You will possess an outstanding ability to work across professional groups with impact and integrity, problem solving whilst delivering the organisation's vision to be outstanding.

You will be committed to continuously improving and be able to work at pace, delivering high quality written and verbal work in an inclusive and engaging way. You will be responsible for leading harm free care and emergency pathways within the divisions, whilst delivering the Nursing, Midwifery and AHP and Patient Experience and Involvement strategies.

You will strive to be excellent and have the patient central to all you do. You will be versatile, able to adapt and develop new skills with confidence. This is a key role, therefore, you will have a strong track record of positive relationships and high levels of emotional intelligence with the ability to pull teams together to deliver projects at pace.

You will deputise on all areas of the Divisional Nurse Directors portfolio.
