An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Macmillan Cancer Care Co-ordinator to support the Lung Cancer clinical nurse specialist team at Lancashire Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust
The Macmillan Cancer Co-ordinator role has been developed, whose main purpose is to support, navigate and co-ordinate pathways for lung cancer patients. The Cancer Co-ordinator will assist in the navigation of the complex health and social care system during and following completion of cancer treatment for these groups of patients whilst working under the guidance of the clinical nurse specialists
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated person with a pleasant manner and good inter-personal and organisational skills.
Interview Date: 27th November 2018
