An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our respiratory team, and we are looking for both experienced and newly-qualified staff nurses to join our dynamic team. You’ll work with an award winning, multi-disciplinary team supporting level two, acute and chronic patients with a variety of respiratory conditions.
Working as a staff nurse within our team will allow you to develop your acute care skills whilst accessing the support of our ward based clinical skills mentor. This will provide you with the opportunity to be at the forefront of new and exciting developments in the field of respiratory medicine and research.
We always ensure that our patients are at the heart of all that we do. As an individual, you will need to be able to maintain a focus on patients at all times, as well as being a motivated and enthusiastic individual. You should possess the ability to work autonomously and have good time management skills. You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work well as part of our team.
You’ll receive a comprehensive induction, preceptorship/access to the Staff Nurse Framework in addition to an annual appraisal to provide support to you in developing your skills and knowledge where appropriate.
