Your role will be to support the Senior Sister/Charge Nurse, to ensure the provision of excellent care and compassion for all patients and visitors to the ward. You will be responsible for ensuring the planning, delivery and evaluation of care to meet the personalised health and wellbeing care needs of patients, whilst providing leadership and direction to the team.
