To provide additional support to the team we are offering a 12 month secondment opportunity

The Renal Directorate is dynamic and forward thinking and incorporates a 26 station renal unit and 23 bedded nephrology ward plus a 3 bedded acute dialysis bay. The Unit also serves as a hub for 6 satellite haemodialysis units based in Accrington, Burnley, Blackburn, Blackpool, Kendal and Chorley. We provide a range of dialysis therapies including hospital based haemodialysis, automated peritoneal dialysis, continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis and home haemodialysis.

We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, flexible individual to support the nursing team. You must be able to lead, support and motivate a team to provide the highest quality patient care and show evidence of effective leadership, organisational and communication skills.  We welcome applicants 2 years post-registration and relevant renal qualification for our nephrology ward.
