An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 12 month secondment to cover maternity leave, Band 7 Palliative Care Clinical Nurse Specialist to join the well-established multi-professional Palliative care team at Lancashire teaching hospitals. The service covers both Chorley and Preston sites and you will be part of our seven day service. A Band 6 post could be considered where experience is not adequate for band 7 post.

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and highly motivated nurse with a good knowledge of palliative care to join our existing team.

You will be an energetic, motivated specialist nurse who possesses excellent communication skills which will allow you to support patients and families referred to the service.
