We are delighted to offer an opportunity for a highly motivated, ambitious and experienced acute pain nurse to join our Pain Management service at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals.
You will be part of a dynamic and forward thinking Pain Management Team actively contributing to assessing, developing, implementing and evaluating programmes of acute pain management across the trust
We are looking for a person who has exceptional leadership, interpersonal and communication skills with experience of managing patients with acute pain, and has a genuine interest in acute pain management. ?replace this bit with something along the lines of below
The post holder will be educated to degree level, have up to date experience at band 6 or above in pain management, be a non-medical prescriber and hold a qualification in pain management. A masters degree would be an advantage.
So if you are an individual that is highly motivated with a passion for leadership, are clinically competent, with new ideas and keen for a challenge then this role could be for you.
We are looking for a person who can demonstrate inspiring nurse leadership and vision for our trust wide pain service. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proven experience of managing patients with acute and complex pain .

You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
