We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Locum Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.

We would welcome applications from committed and motivated individuals for this Locum Consultant post in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. This is a 10 session, post with the aim of helping deliver our emergency and benign gynaecology service as well as providing consultant leadership in antenatal, intrapartum and post-natal care.

The successful candidates will be expected to have exceptional skills and training in general obstetrics and gynaecology. The post has general gynaecology and obstetrics commitments, including out-patient clinics, theatre, antenatal clinics and labour ward sessions. The job plans includes a weekly contribution to 80 hour on-site consultant labour ward cover, and 1:11 non-resident on call (obstetrics and gynaecology).

You will be joining a friendly and forward thinking department of 13 consultant colleagues, with special interests encompassing the whole of obstetrics and gynaecology.

Applicants should have an appropriate CCT or be on the General Medical Council’s Specialist Register.
