An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual who has the enthusiasm and ability to work in a challenging but equally rewarding NHS Telecommunications & Unified Communications environment.

The post holder will lead a team whose primary role is to provide Telecoms, messaging services including the switchboard team.

It is also essential that you are flexible, enthusiastic and can display high levels of initiative, together with the ability to work under pressure individually and as part of a team and undertake your duties with minimum supervision. You must possess good communication skills and be able to deal with users in a pleasant and efficient manner.

The post holder will be required to participate in the Departments’ Senor Manager out-of-hours on-call rota and working on rotation.
