Exciting opportunities have arisen for band 5 staff nurses who are both experienced and newly qualified nurses in our busy and friendly Gastroenterology Ward. We are a rapidly developing and forward thinking ward with an established nursing team who strive to provide an excellent standard of care to all patients.
We are looking to appoint dynamic individuals with strong interpersonal skills that will look forward to the challenges of nursing patients who have Gastric problems. This role would be suited to an individual who is highly motivated, committed and enthusiastic, have strong clinical skills and a desire to develop and consolidate knowledge and skills in caring for patients.
Alongside working with a dynamic team of experienced nurses you will be expected to assume responsibility for maintaining high standards of nursing care and optimising patient experience, the ability to provide clinical leadership and management of the ward. You will be joining a dynamic forward thinking multidisciplinary team committed to delivering high quality services to our client group.
We will provide you with a full induction programme, accessible support and advice from the Medical Directorate Team. We will provide extensive on-going training and personal development with annual appraisals.
