This is 12 month appointment (with possibility to extend) providing services at the Royal Preston and Chorley and South Ribble Hospitals.  You will join a thriving and fully integrated unit, working alongside a team of consultant Dermatologists. The full complement of staff will consist of  consultants, Dermatology Specialist Nurses, and a dedicated Dermatology nursing team, supported by an administrative and managerial team.

 The Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is the hub for many medical services, and of the Lancashire Cancer Network and Dermatology has excellent working arrangement with other Medical Teams, and with Plastic Surgery.

The Dermatology Department is situated at Chorley and South Ribble Hospital and was purpose-built in 2003, and is an integrated unit providing clinic rooms, a minor operations theatre, dermatology, secretarial office, and treatment room with narrow-band UVB and UVA cabinets, etc. 

 Any person who is unable to work full-time for personal reasons will be eligible to be considered for the post and if appointed the job plan will be discussed on a personal basis in discussion with colleagues.
