As the Partnership Manager for the Integrated Care Partnership, you will be helping to support the creation and establishment of the Integrated Care Partnership (ICP) for Central Lancashire, in its transition from shadow Partnership to full operational partnership and beyond.

The Partnership includes 6 organisations and 4 associated organisations, providing of the total health and social care economy for central Lancashire at a spend of around £600m per annum.

The purpose of this role is to lead the programme management and policy function of the Integrated Care Partnership for Central Lancashire.   You will need to work across the system to bring about large scale transformational change by ensuring that the ICP Board are guided using a robust project and programme management approach.   

You will need to be a system leader, able to work across organisations, and with Executive leaders from all sectors.  You will be accountable through a multi-agency collaborative Partnership.

Applicants must be from within the Central Lancashire Integrated Care Partnership - the following organisations - LTH, LCFT, Chorley and South Ribble and Greater Preston CCGs, Lancashire County Council, Chorley Council, South Ribble Council, Preston City Council, and the Midlands and Lancashire CSU.
