An opportunity has arisen for a Radiographer to join our enthusiastic and dedicated team within the Imaging department at Chorley and South Ribble Hospital which is part of Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

This is an ideal opportunity for a band 5 radiographer looking to develop their skills and experience and will be advantageous for career progression in the future. .This is a chance to undertake all radiographic roles within the area including CR and digital radiography, theatre, fluoroscopy and computerised tomography. The work is varied and includes working shifts providing a 24 hour, 7 day Service.

The post involves helping to provide a 24h service to the residents of Preston, Chorley and South Ribble including weekends and nights

The department has both CR and digital equipment with 3 general rooms plus fluoroscopy, interventional and CT scanning. We also provide a full range of ultrasound, MR and symptomatic breast work within the hospital site. The department supports career development with a variety of advanced practice roles including plain film reporting and fluoroscopy.

This is an ideal opportunity for a highly motivated radiographer to join our friendly, busy department only 30 minutes from Manchester and an hour from the Lake District.
